We usually deliver the ordered goods within three working days. As part of the order processing, we inform you by automatic notification about:
2.1. Order receipt (the order has been saved into our system)
2.2. Order preparation (the order has been submitted for preparation)
2.3. Order dispatch (the order has been dispatched - we send the
tracking number of the shipment)
Payment terms are provided to the customer according to specific settings in our system. All types of payments with lower priority are available to the customers (1.1. lowest - 1.5. highest) than their settings. The set payment type is indicated in the customer's account profile.
Available forms of payment:
1.1. In cash (personal pickup at the warehouse in Chotoviny)
1.2. By deposit
1.3. Cash on delivery (2% discount on the total price of order)
1.4. By bank transfer
1.5. By bank transfer - quick payment within 5 days (2% discount on the
total price of order)
The currency of the goods is set for each customer and the prices are based on the current price list in that currency. Available currencies are CZK, EUR and HUF. Currencies cannot be switched between each other and any change of currency for a given customer must be discussed with the sales department.
Products supplied to consumers are covered by guarantees within the framework of the legislation. Claimed goods can only be sent to the address of the dispatch warehouse. If the claimed goods is sent to another address, the claim will not be accepted.
According to paragraph 6 of the amendment to the Civil Code No. 367/2000, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods. If he chooses to do so, he must send back the goods undamaged, without signs of use or wear, in their original packaging, including the warranty card and manual, at his own expense within given period (the date of dispatch is decisive). Upon receipt of such returned goods, the seller shall promptly refund to the customer the amount paid for the goods in a manner agreed by both parties. This amount will be reduced by the costs incurred by the seller in transporting the goods to the customer (this does not apply to the return of unused, non-functioning goods or goods proven damaged by transport).
The Seller has the right to cancel the order or part of it in the following cases: the goods are no longer produced or delivered, or if the price of the supplier of the goods has changed significantly and the customer does not accept the price change. In the event that this situation occurs, the Seller will immediately contact the Buyer to agree on a further course of action. In the event that the Buyer has already paid part or all of the purchase price, this amount will be refunded to the Buyer in a manner agreed by both parties. The Seller also has the right to cancel the order if the Customer fills in incorrect or incomplete contact details.
The Business operator has not set a minimum order price.
For orders placed in B2B e-shop it is possible to use the following types of shipping. The range of shipping types may vary depending on the country of delivery of the order.
8.1. Personal pickup (personal collection at the warehouse in Chotoviny)
8.2. Parcel delivery - DPD, DB Schenker
8.3. Pallet transport - GEIS, DB Schenker
8.4. Combined order * (Additional order to the already sent order)
* There is no shipping charge. This method of order is evaluated by warehouse staff and in case of a change in the total weight of the goods of the order, it is possible that the minimum price for free shipping will be changed)
Orders placed in our B2B e-shop are evaluated based on the total weight of the ordered goods.
Orders with a total weight of goods up to 60 kg are sent as a
package.
Orders with a total weight of goods over and including 60 kg are
evaluated as pallet orders.
The method of delivery is also affected by the presence of goods marked "Pallet only". The presence of such goods in the order automatically prevents the possibility of ordering goods by parcel delivery.

The shipping price for other countries depends always on individual
